Shipping Policy
American Flooring Distributors has
negotiated discounted shipping rates with various freight lines
to deliver your order at the lowest price possible.
We will notify you when your order
leaves our facility. You will be provided with the
following information: freight bill number, the carrier's
distribution center address, and contact phone number. You
should contact the carrier as soon as possible to verify
anticipated delivery date and directions to the facility.
When you order arrives, inspect the
product for any visible damage. Also, if you ordered boxes
of a hard surface, confirm that the right amount of boxes are
there. If there is any damage or discrepancies, make sure
the shipping manager is notified and the claim is documented.
We will need to be notified within 24 hours to handle any
claims.

Shipping Guidelines
1. Your order will be shipped to
the nearest terminal to your location. The order can
either be picked-up by yourself or your installer. The
freight bill number is required to pick-up the material.
2. The order can be delivered to
your residence. However, your neighborhood needs to be
accessible for a 28' delivery truck. You will need to have
enough people to unload the truck because it is not the drivers
responsibility to unload it for you. If you are not home
when the delivery is attempted, there will be a redelivery
charge imposed. An additional residential delivery fee
will be applied that ranges from $40 to $150.
3. If your installer has a
warehouse, you can choose to have your order shipped there.
American Flooring Distributors will not ship to another flooring
store.
